The People's Liberation Army Rocket Force (PLARF) is the branch of the People's Liberation Army tasked with fielding, maintaining and developing the People's Republic of China's strategic and tactical missiles. The branch was formed on July 1 1966, but didn't make a public appearance until the October 1984 parade. The PLARF maintains and operates many bases, launch pads and facilities throughout the PRC, and can work in-conjunction with the PLAAF when in combat mode.

The PLARF are under the direct command of the Central Military Commission of the People's Republic of China, aswell as the authority of Chairman of the Communist Party/President of China Peng Wu. The arsenal of the PLARF primarily consists of many types of ballistic missiles, varying in range and other characteristics. Warheads on these missiles vary as well, however nuclear warheads are not fielded in compliance with the Global Nuclear Weapons Ban. The PLARF specializes in strategic deterrence operations, as well as counter-strike capabilities. They are prepared to either defend or commence offensive operations to turn the tide of combat in favor of the People's Republic of China.

In 2017, with the increasing of relations between the People's Republic of China and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the PLARF has agreed to work alongside the Vietnamese People's Army of Vietnam Strategic Rocket Forces to ensure the safe defense and protection of the two countries, as well as the controlled territories of both nations from foreign aggressors to socialism in Asia.

Each navy starts off with 1000 points, and each Navy gains 400 Points per week. After the week is up, any unused Points roll over to the next week. This will happen until you have 1,600 Points, in which case no Points will roll over. You must post your up-to-date Points at all times. If you go over your points, you will have your points reduced for a certain amount of time.

Each navy also gets a 50 point flat "bonus" per week that doesn't roll over. This alternate points pool is capped at 50, meaning that there is no use in saving up the points. Further more, they cannot be used to facilitate the construction for your main points pool.

The points system can also be used to scrap ships, but beware - you only receive 75% of the original value of your ship back from scrapping. This could be a viable way of quickly removing irrelevant ships, but relying on it to "hard-counter" enemy fleets by making one particular class of ultra-dominant ship before a decisive battle could result in disastrous consequences in the long term.
